The successful delivery of our projects is measured not only on our ability to work to milestones and meet deadlines but also to ensure that the projects are completed within budget and most importantly to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
We believe that planning and collaboration are fundamental factors in this process which is why we work very closely with our clients, consulting at all stages, to ensure they feel part of the installation process and finished result. We also find this approach provides an ideal platform to discuss variations to the project and dependencies on other trades.
Our project managers will ensure the correct health and safety standards are adhered to and will provide a Risk Assessment and Method Statement before the installation commences.
Continuous monitoring of health and safety is considered of the upmost importance and undertaken by an engineer holding the SSSTS qualification (Site Safety Supervisor Training Scheme).
The site based SSSTS is supported by a manager holding the SMSTS qualification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
